Annotations: Text Correction Commenting Tools Update

Tools relocated from the Comment toolbar

To simplify the commenting tool set, the following tools were redesigned:

• Text correction tools: Text correction commands (Replace Text, Insert Text, and Strikethrough Text) are enabled by default inside the Comment app.
• Add Note to Replace Text: The Add Note to Replace Text command is in the right-click context menu.
• Add Note to Text: The Add Note to Text command is in the right-click context menu.

Using the text correction commands

The text correction commands are enabled by default inside the Comment app:

• Select the text and start typing for Replace Text.
• Press Delete for Strikethrough Text.
• Start typing without selecting text for Insert Text.

Known issues

• For the Add Note to Replace Text command, only the color of the strikethrough changes and not the color of the caret.
• The text correction commands don’t work if you double-click to select the text.
