Error about untrusted document when saving a PDF from FormsCentral

When you save a PDF form from Adobe FormsCentral, you receive the following error message:

"This operation is not permitted as this document is not trusted. Do you want to trust this document?"

Nothing happens when you click Yes in the error dialog box.

Solution

Disable Acrobat's Protected View by doing the following:

1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced).
2. Choose Protected View > Off.
3. Click OK.
