Only the first few pages of a multi-page PDF print
Acrobat and Adobe Reader 9 print only the first few pages of multi-page PDF documents. The printer may also print a Postscript error.
Solution: Change the font and resource policy to Send for Each Page.
Note: Your printer drivers must be PostScript capable to use this procedure.

Choose File > Print.

Click the Advanced button.
The pop-up window that appears will look different depending on what print driver you have installed. If your driver is PostScript capable, the window contains a PostScript Options section.

In the PostScript Options section, choose Send for each page from the Font and Resource Policy pop-up menu.
