Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Try these solutions to troubleshoot the “Font is available in Adobe Fonts Library” notification error when uploading fonts using the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Font already exists
The font you're trying to upload may already be available in your desktop app.
On the upper right corner, select the Fonts icon.
On the left panel, check the font in Added fonts, Installed fonts, and Uploaded fonts section.
As an enterprise user, you cannot upload fonts to Creative Cloud. You can only use the Custom fonts, managed by your administrator.
Font isn't licensed
Fonts must be properly licensed to pass Adobe’s validation checks. Make sure you have the legal right to use and upload the font. If you’re unsure about the licensing terms, contact the font vendor or creator for clarification.
Unsupported font format
Adobe only supports fonts in .otf and .ttf file formats. If you're using a font with a different format, you'll need to convert it to one of these supported formats before uploading it to Creative Cloud.
