An update has been posted that addresses this issue. To get the update, follow the step based on the scenario.
- To verify that the update is downloaded, check whether the folder “ConnectionsHomeOMBackend” contains the folder - “2.5.1.20110506_v2_5_1_120." Use the information below to locate the ConnectionsHomeOMBackend folder on your computer.
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user> \Application Data\Adobe\CS5ServiceManager\extensions\ ConnectionsHomeOMBackend
- Windows 7 and Windows Vista: C:\users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CS5ServiceManager\extensions\ ConnectionsHomeOMBackend
- Mac OS: Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CS5ServiceManager/extensions/ ConnectionsHomeOMBackend
- Check whether the folder “ConnectionsHomeOMBackend” contains the folder - “2.5.1.20110506_v2_5_1_120." Use the information below to locate the ConnectionsHomeOMBackend folder on your computer.

Note: The folder ConnectionsHomeOMBackend is created only when you have signed into CS Live Services from other CS5 applications. The folder exists even after you uninstall the other applications.
