Redeem Adobe Captivate subscription code

If you have received a redemption code for Adobe Captivate subscription, you must redeem this code before you can start using Captivate.

Redeem your Captivate code

Ensure you have the redemption code handy.

You would have received the redemption code in an automated email from AdobePartnerOffer.com. It is a 24-characters alphanumeric code that looks like ABC1-EFG2-HIJ3-KLM3-NOP4-QRS5-TUV6.
Visit https://redeem.adobe.com/techcommsuite.
Sign in or create an Adobe ID.

Poznámka:

Your Captivate subscription is uniquely tied to your Adobe ID.
Enter the redemption code, and then click Redeem code.
Click Remind me later.

Poznámka:

Your Adobe Captivate redemption code is now successfully redeemed and is uniquely tied to your Adobe ID. To access Captivate, simply sign into the product with the same Adobe ID.
Click Get started.

Visit the Adobe Captivate download page.
Fill the form and click Download.

Poznámka:

It may take around 20 minutes to download the .zip file, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
Once the .zip file is downloaded, use any ZIP utility tool to extract the contents of the .zip file.

Open the folder where the .zip file content is extracted and double-click Setup.exe to start the installation process.

Start Captivate installation
Once the installation is complete, launch the individual products and sign in with the same Adobe ID used for redeeming your code.
Adobe Captivate is now ready to use.
