Elements Organizer 2020 quits unexpectedly

Issue

When you try to launch Elements Organizer 2020, it quits unexpectedly.

To resolve this issue, disable Face Recognition in Elements Organizer by following these steps:

Choose Edit > Preferences > Media-Analysis.

Note

If you are unable to access preferences, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Deselect Photos and Videos under Run Face Recognition Automatically.

Click OK.

If you are unable to access preferences, follow the steps below:

Launch Elements Organizer while pressing Shift key.

In the Catalog Manager dialog box, click New.

Once the new catalog is created, go to File > Manage Catalogs to open the Catalog Manager.

Select your original catalog and click Open.
