Follow along with any file to learn how to convert your images to different file formats using quick actions.
In the Photo Quick actions section, select the convert image quick action of your choice:
- Convert to JPG
- Convert to PNG
- Convert to SVG
Take a photo or upload an image from your device.
Select the checkmark icon to confirm.
Select Download to save your file.
Note
JPG: JPG is the most suitable file format when size is essential. JPG images are ideal for social media and blog posts due to their smaller file size.
PNG: PNG conversions retain all data in the file, so this format is helpful for complex images where a large file size isn't an issue.
SVG: Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a web-friendly vector format for 2D graphics that scales without losing quality. SVG files are great for logos, infographics, illustrations, and more.
