Adobe fonts in Captivate projects
Adobe Fonts integration in Captivate simplifies font management and ensures consistent, professional typography across projects. Fonts are embedded in the published output, eliminating display inconsistencies and retaining the intended design.
Key Benefits
- Brand alignment: Create cohesive designs for titles, headers, and body text that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration-friendly: Embedded fonts ensure consistent appearance across devices and platforms in shared projects.
- Fallback options: For users without access to Adobe Fonts, fallback options preserve design integrity.

Share a Captivate project with Adobe fonts
For users without access to Adobe Fonts, fallback options are automatically applied, maintaining design integrity. This enhancement streamlines workflow and ensures cohesive, professional-looking projects.
- Share the project file (.cpt): If the recipient doesn't have the same fonts installed in Captivate, they'll receive a message about missing fonts. These fonts will be replaced with Arial as a fallback option.
- Share a published project: When you upload a published project (HTML or ZIP file) to an LMS or web server, the fonts used in the project are retained. All assets, including Adobe Fonts, are packaged with the project to prevent missing font issues and ensure consistent display for users. Learn more on how to publish a project in Captivate.
