Overview
Design options in Adobe Captivate allow users to create variations in content layout and styling for slides, content blocks, question slides, interactive components, and widgets. Learn more about design options in Adobe Captivate.
However, if your organization needs a design tailored to its branding guidelines, you can create custom design options. This process includes making layout changes with CSS, updating layouts for different devices, customizing object styles, and sharing the customized design options. Export custom design options
After creating custom design options and adding them to the eLearning Assets folder, export these custom designs as a ZIP file from Captivate to any location on your system. Share these files within your organization for easy collaboration.
-
註解:
If no custom designs are found in the e-learning assets folder, you will be prompted to create a folder and add the custom design option files.
-
Expand each content block category to select the custom design options or choose Select all option to export all at once.
-
Select Export, then choose the destination folder where you want to save the custom design options for sharing with your peers later.
Custom design options used in other content blocks are automatically selected by default. For instance, if a custom button design is reused in an image design option, selecting the image content block will also automatically select the associated button design option.
A custom design option will be flagged as a duplicate if it shares the same ID as a default design option, or an existing custom design option. This typically happens when the creator does not assign a unique ID to the custom design or forgets to update the ID in the designOption.json file after duplicating an existing design option.
