From the Premiere home screen, select Create for YouTube Shorts.

Create your video using text, photos, videos, effects, and audio voiceovers.

Export your video as usual and turn on Create remixable template.

Your video is saved to Gallery, uploaded to YouTube Shorts, and submitted to the Premiere template gallery. The project also appears on your home screen.
