Generate and share diagnostic logs
Learn how to generate and export crash logs to share with Adobe Customer Care for troubleshooting.
Generate diagnostic logs when Adobe Lightroom on mobile crashes, freezes, or exhibits unexpected behavior. These logs capture technical details about the issue and should be shared with Adobe Customer Care to aid in diagnosing and resolving the problem.
Select and hold Access our Support Forum.
Select Create in the App Diagnostics dialog box.
Wait while Lightroom generates the logs.
Once the diagnostic logs are generated, they are automatically attached to a mail draft, which you can share with Adobe Customer Care or your support contact.
Select Menu > Help & Support.
In the Help & Support panel, select Enable Diagnostic Mode.
Recreate the steps that caused the issue.
Select the Back icon, select Menu, and then select Help & Support.
Select Send Diagnostic Log, and allow Lightroom to generate a summary.
In the Share panel, select a preferred sharing mode, select Just once or Always, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Diagnostic logs contain technical information about app performance but don’t include personal photo content.
