Use a condition set to save and reuse visibility settings for all conditions in a document. Quickly switch between document versions, especially in complex files that vary across platforms, languages, or review content.
Create a condition set
From the panel menu, select Show Options to display the Set drop-down menu (if not already visible).
Select the eye icon next to each condition to define its visibility.
From the Set drop-down menu, select Create New Set.
Enter a name for the set and select OK. The new set becomes the active set.
Apply a condition set
Select Window > Type & Tables > Conditional Text.
From the Set drop-down menu, select a condition set.
Modify a condition set
Select Window > Type & Tables > Conditional Text.
From the Set drop-down menu, select the condition set you want to modify.
Select the eye icon next to each condition to change its visibility.
Select Redefine (condition set name). The condition set updates with the new visibility settings.
A plus sign (+) next to the condition set indicates overrides. Select the condition set again to remove them.
Delete a condition set
Select Window > Type & Tables > Conditional Text.
In the Set drop-down menu, select the condition set you want to delete.
Select Delete [condition set] in the Set drop-down menu.
Deleting a condition set does not delete its conditions or remove them from where they are applied.
