Adobe Express is a web-based application and doesn’t have a companion desktop version, but you can install it as a progressive web app (PWA) and enjoy faster loading time and excellent responsiveness.
Notă:
Currently, Safari and Firefox don't support installing PWAs.
Select Account, and then select Install Adobe Express or select the Install button from the address bar.
Select Install on the dialog box.

Once you’ve installed it, right-click the app and pin it to the taskbar for easy access.

Open Adobe Express in Chrome.
Select the Install Adobe Express icon on the address bar and then select Install.

To pin Adobe Express to your Chromebook’s app shelf, open the Launcher in the corner of the screen, right-click on the Adobe Express app, and select Pin to Shelf.
