Compress a file before sending

Open the PDF and select More optionsand then select Compress PDF from the menu.

In the dialog box, select a compression level:

• High compression: Smallest size, lower quality
• Medium compression: Medium size, good quality
• Low compression: Larger size, best quality

Select Compress.

From the confirmation message, select Open to view the compressed file.
