Upgrade Acrobat mobile subscriptions

Learn how to upgrade a subscription for Acrobat on mobile.

You can upgrade your Acrobat mobile subscription from the app or through the app store where you purchased it. If you purchased through Google Play, manage or upgrade it there; if through the Apple App Store, upgrade it from your Apple account.

Open Acrobat mobile

Upgrade from the app

Go to Acrobat on Android and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

Select Subscriptions to view your current plan and available upgrade options.

Select Manage subscriptions.

The Subscriptions page opens and displays your subscription details.

Select the subscription you want to upgrade to and follow the on‑screen instructions.

Note

If the new plan includes services you’re already subscribed to, cancel those subscriptions before completing the upgrade.

Upgrade via Google Play Store

Google Play handles billing, refunds, and upgrades for purchases made through the store. Remaining time on a canceled subscription is governed by Google Play subscription policies.

Upgrade from the app

Go to Acrobat on iOS and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

Select Subscriptions to view your current plan and available upgrade options.

Select Manage subscriptions.

The Subscriptions page opens and displays your subscription details.

Select the subscription you want to upgrade to and follow the on‑screen instructions.

If the new plan includes services you’re already subscribed to, cancel those subscriptions before completing the upgrade.

Upgrade via App Store

Apple handles billing, renewals, and refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the App Store. You can manage, cancel, or change your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings. Changes to your subscription, such as upgrades or downgrades, take effect based on Apple’s subscription policies. For details on switching plans, refer to the Apple support page.
