Adjust your Cookie Preferences for Adobe Acrobat Sign.

Adjust your Cookie preferences

Users and recipients interacting with the Acrobat Sign service can access and adjust their cookie preferences anytime.

Direct access to the cookie preference environment can be accessed either through:

  • The public login page
  • The recipient's e-sign page

Access the Acrobat Sign cookie preferences from the web login page

  1. Select the question mark icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Legal Notices from the dropdown menu.

    The Legal Notices panel opens:

  3. Select the Cookie preferences link.

    The Cookie Settings overlay covers the previous page:

    The Cookie Settings page.

  4. Edit your settings as desired and select Confirm my choices when done.

Access the Acrobat Sign cookie preferences from the e-sign page

  1. Open the agreement by selecting the Review and sign link in your email notification.

    The "Review and sign" email with the link highlighted.

  2. Accept the Terms of Use and Consumer Disclosure as prompted.
    Depending on how the sending account is configured, the Terms of Use and Consumer Disclosure can be presented in different ways, all of which are conspicuous in the interface to direct the recipient through the process.

  3. Select either:

    • The Options menu in the upper-left corner
    • The question mark icon in the upper-right corner
  4. Select Legal Notices from the dropdown menu.

  5. Select the Cookie preferences link.

  6. Edit your settings as desired and select Confirm my choices when done.
