Acrobat Sign Triggers for Zapier let you instantly respond to key agreement events, helping automate workflows and keep you informed throughout the e-signature process. Acrobat Sign for Zapier currently supports the following Triggers.

  • Agreement Created: It triggers when a new agreement is created in Acrobat Sign, allowing you to automatically start follow-up tasks.
  • Agreement Email Viewed: It triggers when the recipient opens the email containing the agreement, providing valuable insights into their engagement and helping to time follow-ups more effectively.
  • Agreement Event Occurred: It monitors all events in the agreement lifecycle, providing a single trigger to track changes and actions comprehensively.
  • Agreement Expired: It triggers when an agreement expires without completion, enabling alerts, escalations, or compliance logging.
  • Agreement Recalled: It triggers when a sender recalls an agreement, enabling automated actions like notifications or re-initiation of the agreement process.
  • Agreement Rejected: It initiates when a recipient rejects the agreement, helping you capture feedback, alert stakeholders, or reroute the document for updates.
