To reduce the time to download and map fields to commonly used US Government forms, pre-built templates are available in Acrobat Sign. These pre-built templates were derived from official forms posted on the government websites. Form fields have been configured to facilitate the signing experience leveraging Acrobat Sign, otherwise no other modifications were made to the documents. To ensure you are using the latest form, please refer to the U.S. Government websites to confirm the version matches the version in the template and note if any additional forms may be required.
The Adobe Acrobat Sign templates shown below are out-of-the-box, pre-configured, requiring little to no configuration to support the paper-to-digital transition. Certain templates are only available in Adobe Acrobat Sign for Government to support federal forms modernization.
