Typekit subscriptions can be purchased with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. At this time, we do not accept payments via wire transfer or PayPal.
You can change the billing information on your account from the "show/update card" link on your Typekit Account page.
You can view and print a receipt for your subscription by going to your Typekit Account page and selecting the transaction under “Billing History.” Add your billing address and VAT number to the text field at the top of the receipt before printing, if necessary.
You can cancel your account at any time by visiting your Typekit Account page and clicking the “cancel plan” button. The account will be cancelled immediately, and this action cannot be undone.
Typekit fonts will no longer be delivered to an account once it’s been cancelled. Any site using Typekit will display the fallback fonts specified in your font stack or your browser’s defaults.
Upon cancellation, all account data is permanently deleted. Print or save the receipts for past subscription charges before you cancel; they will not be available once the account has been closed.
All new annual accounts (Portfolio and Performance) are risk-free for the first thirty days. If you decide to cancel or downgrade your account within the first 30 days, email email@example.com for a full refund.
Typekit Portfolio and Performance plans are not subject to refunds after the first thirty days, but can be canceled at anytime without penalty.
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle starts on the 18th of every month and you cancel on the 24th, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the subscription month. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
