Solution
To check Data Mapping owner in salesforce, do the following steps:
Navigate to Adobe Sign Admin > Data Mappings.
Click Create New View.
Enter a new view name.
Under Step 3: Select Fields to Display, move the Owner First Name and Owner Last Name fields from Available Fields to Selected Fields.
Click Save.
