Learn how to generate and share diagnostic logs when Lightroom for mobile crashes.

When Lightroom for mobile quits unexpectedly, generate the diagnostics logs and share them with the Adobe Customer Care team.

 

Lightroom for mobile (iOS)

Follow the steps below to generate diagnostic logs on Lightroom for mobile (iOS):

  1. Launch the Lightroom app and tap the Settings  icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. From Lightroom settings, select Help & Support.

  3. Press and hold Access our Support Forum.

  4. Tap Create in the App Diagnostics dialog box.

    Lightroom will start generating the logs.

  5. Once generated successfully, the diagnostic logs will be attached to the mail. You can then share the logs.

Lightroom for mobile (Android)

Follow the steps below to generate diagnostic logs on Lightroom for mobile (Android):

  1. Launch the Lightroom app and tap the side menu icon  in the upper-left corner.

  2. Press and hold the Lightroom icon until you see the Entered diagnostic mode, use the "Send Feedback" button to send when ready message.

  3. Tap Send Feedback.

    Lightroom will start generating the logs.

  4. Once the logs are generated successfully, you will get a list of apps that you can use to share the generated logs.
