Since Adobe Elements web beta is a companion to desktop applications, you need to purchase and activate Photoshop Elements 2023 or Premiere Elements 2023 desktop applications to get full access to the web application.
Once you've purchased the desktop product, follow the steps to install and activate the desktop application. To know more about installation and activation, click here.
After the desktop application is activated, launch Adobe Elements web beta and sign in using the same Adobe ID that you used in the desktop application. You should now have full access to Adobe Elements web beta. In case you still see your web app in trial mode, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below.
Troubleshooting steps:

Launch the desktop application and check if the activation was successful, to do so follow these steps:
- Click on the Help menu in the desktop application, then click on System Info.
- Check for licensing type.
- The licensing type should be Perpetual
- If it still shows Trial even after you've entered the serial number– then close all the applications, re-launch and check again.
- Check if the licensing type is Perpetual Volume License – Elements web isn't available for Volume serial keys, buy a retail serial number and try again.
If you still face issues in Photoshop Elements trial to full conversion, wait for 24 hours. A fresh launch after 24 hours usually resolves the issue. For immediate access or for any other query, connect with our chat support.
