How do I download my Creative Cloud trial?

Go to the Creative Cloud apps catalog.
Find an app that you want to download, and then select Free trial.
Follow the onscreen instructions.

How do I start my trial?

Your trial begins as soon as you sign up for the trial. At the end of your trial, your subscription begins and converts to a paid membership. Adobe will automatically charge your payment method at the price stated on the day you signed up for your trial. You can cancel your trial before it ends.

How do I convert my trial to a paid membership?

In most cases, a trial gets automatically converted to a paid membership. In case you weren't prompted to enter your payment details when signing up for the trial, you can convert it to a paid membership as follows:

Go to the Creative Cloud plans page.
Choose a membership plan and select Buy now.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

Note: Be sure to use the same email address that you used when you installed your trial apps.
