A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase.
If you cancel more than 14 days after your initial purchase, your payment is non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you will no longer have access to your Creative Cloud applications, or most of the services included in your paid Creative Cloud subscription, and your account will be converted to a Creative Cloud free membership.
A Creative Cloud free membership lets you continue to access your files in the Creative Cloud folder on your computer and via the Creative Cloud website, subject to the limit of 2 GB of storage. If you're over your storage limit for your Creative Cloud free membership, you have 90 days to move the excess files. You will be unable to store any additional files until you reduce your storage.
With a free membership, you can log in to your Creative Cloud desktop app with the same Adobe ID and password, and get access to all the features listed in What do I get with my free Creative Cloud membership?
Your trial begins as soon as you sign up for the trial and download your first Creative Cloud app. At the end of your trial, your subscription begins, and we will automatically charge your payment method at the rate stated on the day you signed up for your trial unless you cancel before the end of your trial.
