Learn about our refund policies and some of the key differences between annual and monthly subscriptions.

Month-to-month subscriptions

Our terms

  • Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel.
  • Your monthly rate is subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand.

Canceling your month-to-month subscription

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
  • Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting in your region.

Annual subscriptions

Our terms

  • For all Creative Cloud annual subscriptions, service begins as soon as your payment is processed.
  • Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand.
  • Your contract will renew automatically.
  • You can suspend your Creative Cloud subscription, but you will not be able to use the installed products for the duration of your suspension. To suspend or cancel your subscription, sign in to your account on Adobe.com.
  • Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting in your region.

Canceling your annual subscription (paid monthly)

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Should you cancel after 14 days, an early termination fee will apply. The fee will be 50% of the remaining balance of your contract. For example, if you have 5 months of your contract left when you cancel and you pay $20/month, you’d pay 50% of the $100 remaining balance = $50 early termination fee.

Canceling your annual subscription (prepaid)

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.
