How to access your media after Adobe Elements web beta trial ends

If your Adobe Elements web beta trial has ended, to access your media, please follow the steps below. 

Using Elements Desktop application 

  1. Install Photoshop Elements 2023 or Premiere Elements 2023.

  2. Activate Photoshop Elements 2023 or Premiere Elements 2023. Make sure to use the same Adobe ID on the desktop while activating, which was used for Adobe Elements web. 

  3. Once the desktop app has been activated, launch Elements Organizer.

  4. In Elements Organizer – Click on ‘Import’ -> From the cloud.

  5. Select and download your media using the desktop application. 

Nota:

  • You can change the download location in the Import from cloud dialog, by clicking on the ‘Download Location’ button.

Deleting media from the cloud 

If both the desktop and web trial have ended, you cannot download the media, but can still delete them from the cloud. To delete, please see the steps below: 

  1. Open www.assets.adobe.com

  2. Click on the ‘Cloud Documents’ Tab.

  3. Open ‘Elements Photos’ Folder.

  4. Delete your media from the ‘Elements Photos’ folder.
