If you are using a high-resolution monitor with more than 125% of zoom, then you might see the gray screen on switching to Author View. See Author View turns gray on high-resolution monitors for a solution.
If you view the responsive HTML5 output generated from FrameMaker (2015 release) in Safari on iOS, then your TOC might not appear correctly. See Missing TOC from responsive HTML5 output on iOS v10 for a solution.
You can purchase a subscription or non-subscription version of FrameMaker. You'll need to sign in with an Adobe ID and password to complete the purchase and download the product. You can cancel your subscription from your accounts page on adobe.com or by contacting Adobe Support. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. You will not have access to your subscription software after you cancel.
