Rotate or flip layers

On the Photoshop on mobile homescreen, select Create new and browse for a photo.

Select Layer properties > Transform.

Select one of the following flip options:

• Flip layer vertically: Reverses the layer upside down along the vertical axis.
• Flip layer horizontally: Mirrors the layer from left to right along the horizontal axis.

To rotate the layer, drag the handle of the bounding box in a circular motion.

Select the checkmark to apply the transformation.
