Sharing your designs and creative work with your teammates and stakeholders just got easier with Photoshop! You can easily share your Photoshop cloud documents and add and receive feedback with comments, contextual pins, and annotations.
Here's a quick look at the commenting features available in Photoshop on various surfaces, and the Creative Cloud web and desktop app:

In the Comments panel that opens, do any of the following to enable the commenting feature depending on whether your document is saved locally on your computer or as a cloud document.
Local document: If your document is saved locally on your computer, you can unlock the commenting functionality and more by saving your local document to Creative Cloud as a cloud document. To do so, simply:
Cloud document: To share your cloud document for feedback and commenting, click the Share button to open the Share document panel.
Also, you can simply click the Share button in the top right corner of the app to open the Share document panel and get a shareable link.
To easily find the share option in Photoshop 23.2 and above, you will now see a big blue Share button in the top right corner of the app workspace.
In the Share document panel, click Change in the Link access section to set the link properties in the Settings panel that opens:
For those having a link to your document, you can choose whether they can Comment or Save a Copy. By default, only invited people can access a document and comment.

Go to the Photoshop on the web home. Open an existing Photoshop cloud document or create a new one from the home screen.

Anyone with access to the shared link of a cloud document can add comments or view them.
If you are the owner of a document and want to view or leave comments for yourself while working with the Photoshop app, simply navigate to Window > Comments to open the Comments panel. Type your comments in the Write a comment... box and revisit your comments whenever you want.
To review a document, follow the shared link to a cloud document, which will open in Photoshop on the web beta. Then either sign in with an existing Adobe ID or add a comment as a guest.
To add or view comments within Photoshop on the iPad or on the web, you can simply open a shared document and type your feedback in the Write a comment... box. You can also view other people's comments in the Comments panel.
You can click the three-dots icon to view more options for each comment visible in the Comments panel:
Only the comment owner can resolve, edit, and delete their comments, while others can only resolve them.
With this release, Photoshop has added emoji shorthand support that you can use while in-app commenting for your cloud documents! Previously, if you wanted to insert an emoji in your comment, you needed to select the emoji from the emoji picker.
To use the emoji shorthand, you can simply type a colon “:” and then begin typing shortcut words to easily access a list of related emojis.
