Issue

If you face one of the following issues in Elements Organizer, try one of the given solutions:

  • On rotating an image, the thumbnail of the image is corrupted.
  • Image is corrupted on applying Instant Fix.
  • Images corrupt on being imported to Organizer.
  • Organizer crashes on importing a set of media.
  • Image pixels are corrupted in Organizer.
  • An unknown error is displayed by Organizer on sharing an image to Facebook or Flickr.
  • Preview doesn’t appear for few images in the Facebook dialog box.

Solution: Update Windows

  1. Download and install the latest Windows updates on your PC.

  2. Restart Elements Organizer.

  3. Import the images again that previously displayed an error in Elements Organizer.
