Creative Cloud Core Service can display security-related errors on Windows. Learn how to resolve these errors.

When you modify your network setup, such as adding a new Domain Name System (DNS) server, changing routers, or switching your Internet Service Provider (ISP), you may receive a security alert from Creative Cloud Core Service. This alert is typically caused by DNS cache corruption.

DNS cache is corrupted

To fix the issue, clear the DNS cache by following these steps:

In the Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt.

Right-click the Command Prompt app and select Run as administrator.

In the User Account Control window that opens, select Yes.

Type the command ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

Command prompt window displays the command run and the success message 'Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.'
Once the process is successful, you'll see a confirmation message.

Restart the device to apply the changes.
