Learn what to do if you have an active subscription for a Creative Cloud app, but it still opens in trial mode
Subscription language doesn’t match the installed app language
This issue can occur if you have an English-only plan, but your Creative Cloud desktop app is set to a different language. By default, the Creative Cloud desktop app uses your operating system's language. You can check your Creative Cloud plan on your Adobe account page.
To resolve this issue, change the app's language to English:
Select the Account icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Preferences.
If your screen looks different, follow the instructions for the earlier version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
In the Preferences window, select Language in the left sidebar.
Select the dropdown menu under Default install language, and change the language to English (International).
Select Done to apply your changes.
All apps that you download after making this change install in the new language.
