End of support for Office 2003 PDFMakers for Acrobat
Microsoft ends support for Office 2003 on April 8 2014 (along with Windows XP). For more information, visit http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/end-support-help.
As a result, Adobe plans to end support for Office 2003 PDFMakers for Acrobat 11.x and Acrobat 10.x after the next quarterly update (expected May 2014).
Who is impacted and what does this change mean?
Existing Acrobat XI and Acrobat X users can continue to use Acrobat PDFMakers for Office 2003. However, after the next quarterly update, Adobe will not release any bug fixes for Office 2003 PDFMakers. In addition, Adobe will not provide technical support for problems specific to running Acrobat with Office 2003. This policy also applies to enterprise customers with maintenance/upgrade and support plans, or a contract that entitles them to maintenance/upgrade and support from Adobe.
