Issues opening previous version projects

Issue

While trying to open a previous version project in Premiere Elements, it might cause issues like missing codec error, application being unable to archive/save the project, and others.

Resolution

The issue occurs when Premiere Elements is unable to locate online content such as the Movie Menu, Music Score, and Motion Title that were being downloaded in the previous version. To resolve the issue, please make sure to redownload the online content that are being used in the project's new version.
