Learn how to share a file by making it available as a view-only link without having to sign-in.
Try the app
Use any of your templates and follow along to learn how to publish a public link.
Select Share, then select View-only link .
Select Allow others to remix to let anyone with the link use the file as a template
If you are on a Teams or Enterprise plan, you can additionally select Require password protection and type in a password to password-protect your confidential documents.
Select Create link.
Select Copy link and share it with your audience.
To delete and update the link, go to Share > View-only link and select Delete link or choose Update link.
