Rotate or flip layers

Learn how to use the Transform tool to rotate layers or flip them horizontally or vertically in Adobe Photoshop on mobile.

On the Photoshop on mobile homescreen, select Create new and browse for a photo.

Select Layer properties > Transform.

Select one of the following flip options:

Flip layer vertically: Reverses the layer upside down along the vertical axis.
Flip layer horizontally: Mirrors the layer from left to right along the horizontal axis.

To rotate the layer, drag the handle of the bounding box in a circular motion.

Select the checkmark to apply the transformation.
