Podsumowanie
Despite Transmit still being enabled, playback does not automatically appear on the chosen external monitor when the project opens. Disabling and enabling Transmit from the Project Monitor does not make a difference.
As a temporary workaround, select Preferences > Playback to reconfirm choices.
One can also open the project with the Color or Effects workspace already selected or switch to the Color or Effects workspace in the same session, and Transmit will resume functioning. If not in these workspaces, opening the Lumetri Color panel will also resume Transmit playback.
Captions no longer included in Export Frame stills

The selected frame is exported, but captions are not included in it despite being visible in the Program Monitor and Sequence.
As a temporary workaround, use Upgrade Caption to Graphic under the Graphics and Titles menu to convert the caption that needs to be included in the still into a graphic element, and re-export the frame.

In some cases, sending media from Firefly on the web to Premiere on the desktop may fail, even if both the Creative Cloud desktop app and the latest version of Premiere are installed correctly. When the issue occurs, the page that initiates the handoff will download an installer program instead of opening the Creative Cloud desktop app to import the asset in Premiere.

Render & Replace can fail when applied to clips with video effects. The operation may result in missing assets and frame replacement errors, and Premiere can hit an internal assertion failure related to ProRes decompression.

When multiple projects are open, and the "Same as Project" autosave destination is used for each, all open projects use the autosave destination of the most recently opened project, instead of each saving it's autosaves to its own respective "Same as Project" path. This results in autosaves being saved to the wrong project directory, making them difficult for the user to find when autosave recovery is required.

RED R3D media recorded with a LUT selected in the camera will not display with the LUT applied when imported into Premiere. This affects existing and new projects. Attempting to select the LUT in the camera from Effects Controls > Source > RED Source Settings > Creative 3D LUT will cause Premiere to crash.

This is a background process crashing, and it can safely be ignored. Select the Log In tab and continue to sign in to Vimeo as usual. This crash will prevent you from creating a new Vimeo account from within Premiere. If you wish to make an account, use your browser to create a new account on the Vimeo website.
This issue has been fixed in Premiere version 25.2.
