Citations in AI responses point to the original files used to generate the content. AI-generated responses in PDF Spaces include clickable citations to help you trace and verify information. You can validate key points and share clear and credible references. Citations can help you:
- Locate insights in your added files
- Jump to the most relevant section in files
- Strengthen your work with trusted references
Review the AI-generated response with interactive citations next to each section.
A result section may include one or multiple citations. Each citation includes metadata, such as the document title, section, and page number, for easy traceability.
Select a citation to open the original file.
Review the file details in the citation references panel that opens.
