Why am I getting the error 'SATELLITE: Error - Failed to load script' for my rule?

The error 'SATELLITE:Error - Failed to load script' could mean that the script failed to render to Akamai upon saving the rule. To verify, get the script URL noted in the console by the error and paste it in the browser. If the script returns 'file not found', then it is likely the issue. To fix the error, resave the containing rule to rebuild the staging library and force the script to Akamai.
