Can DTM handle tap event on mobile devices?

For touch eventing in PhoneGap or jQuery, there are javascript eventListeners that are added to handle these situations (tap, dbltap, swipeleft, swiperight, swipeup, swipedown). The eventListeners can be leveraged in the custom condition section of a rule. DTM does not currently have a built-in drop-down list option for touch events, but they are supported through the custom conditions option.
