Elements that shape your presentation

You can refine and personalize your AI-generated presentation to make it polished, visually appealing, and tailored to your audience.

Key elements

  • Audience: Customize content for your audience. Select from options like executives, technical specialists, or create your own audience.
  • Tone: Choose formal for proposals, conversational for team meetings, or educational for training.
  • Length & detail: Set slide count and level of detail for quick overviews or deep dives.
  • Template: Pick a design style; you can change it later.

Enhancements

  • Recreate slide: Update content and let AI redesign the slide with layouts and visuals that match your changes.
  • Edit page: Translate for localization, resize for social posts or infographics, and add animations, captions, or rephrased text to improve storytelling.
  • Manual editing in Adobe Express: Fine-tune text and layout, add charts, tables, and AI-generated images, and apply new design templates for a fresh visual style.
Tip

Add a custom tone for a personalized voice without rewriting content. For example, use Professional + Analytical for reports and Friendly + Motivational for internal decks.

Images in generated presentations

Visuals in your generated presentations come from two sources:

  • Adobe Stock images: The tool suggests Adobe Stock images based on your slide content and theme. To check an image’s source and license, right-click and select Source info.
  • Source document images: The tool uses images from your uploaded files. To exclude them, go to Customize > Settings and deselect the Include file images checkbox. When off, only Adobe Stock images are used.

Image usage rights

  • Acrobat Studio subscribers have access to the same Adobe Stock image library and usage rights as Adobe Express Premium users. However, this does not include every image in the Stock collection.
  • The Generate presentation feature in Adobe Acrobat has certain usage limitations; users may receive a limited number of complimentary generations to try the service, after which users must purchase a plan entitling Acrobat AI Assistant features to continue use. Adobe reserves the right to update usage limits or to throttle or suspend usage that exceeds our limits at any time.
