Incorrect firewall or proxy settings
Check your firewall or proxy settings to ensure they don’t restrict upload access to the Internet. The steps to change firewall or proxy settings vary for different antivirus software and operating systems. Check the steps to change the settings based on your antivirus program and OS.
Persistent browser issues
Try and convert the PDF using a different web browser.
File size and complexity
Ensure that the file you are converting is 100 MB or smaller. Adobe Acrobat Export PDF does not accept files larger than 100 MB. Even if the file is under 100 MB, it might be too complex to convert if it has many pages, fonts, and graphics that can cause the service to time out.
