Open the invitation email you received and select Open PDF Space.

Reviewing shared PDF Spaces enables effective collaboration by allowing you to provide feedback on files, notes, and insights. Your review options depend on your assigned permission level: Viewer, Reviewer, or Contributor. Contributors have full access, enabling them to manage files and notes, add new content, and delete or edit existing items within the PDF Space.

Sign in if prompted.
The PDF Space opens with all available files based on your access level.
View project files. You can:
- Open and read all shared files.
- Navigate between files in the project.
- View existing comments and notes.
If you encounter offensive or inappropriate content in a file, select More options > Report abuse and fill in the form to flag it for review.
(Reviewer or Contributor access only) Review the content and add comments or annotations.
Open a file or note, select the text using the Select text tool from the Quick action toolbar, and then choose an action from the floating toolbar:
- Add a comment
- Highlight text
- Strikethrough text
- Underline text
- Copy text
- Save as note
All comments are visible to everyone with project access. Files or notes with comments show a Comments icon, which you can select to view and reply.
(Contributor access only) Work with the notes and manage project files:
- Add notes: Select Notes from the left pane and then select Create a note.
- Add files: Drag them into the Files panel or click Select a file and upload the files you want to include.
- Rename files: Select More options > Rename file.
- Remove files or notes: Select More options > Remove file.
Removing a file from the PDF Space does not delete the original.
