Use generative AI in Acrobat to summarize meeting transcripts, ask questions about the discussion, and generate content from meeting information. You can open transcripts from Microsoft Teams or Zoom or upload a transcript file directly into Acrobat.
Microsoft Teams: Your admin must configure Adobe Acrobat as the default PDF viewer in Microsoft Teams and approve the required endpoints for integration. After you get permission, sign in to your Teams account in Acrobat.
Zoom: Sign in to the Zoom web portal, download the meeting transcript, and open it in Acrobat to use AI features.
Summarize a Microsoft Teams meeting transcript
Add meeting transcripts by signing in to Microsoft Teams on the Acrobat homepage.
Select a meeting from the available transcripts list to open it in Acrobat.
The transcript list shows meeting names, organizers, dates, times, and durations, and allows filtering by date range.
Select Ask AI Assistant or Generative summary in the navigation panel.
Review the AI-generated overview and select Copy to use in emails, notes, or documents.
Summarize a Zoom meeting transcript
Select Add meeting transcripts under Third-party apps from the left panel on the Acrobat homepage.
Select Learn more under Zoom.
Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Zoom web portal and download the meeting transcript.
Choose Select file to select and open the transcript in Acrobat.
Select Ask AI Assistant or Generative summary in the right panel.
Review the AI-generated overview with section headings and key points from the meeting.
You can also open a meeting transcript directly in Acrobat. Convert a VTT transcript file to PDF, then select Ask AI Assistant or Generative summary to generate a summary.
