Based on your operating system, go to the following location, and then delete
the ServiceConfig.xml file:
- Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\Configs\
- macOS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/

Based on your operating system, go to the following location, and then delete
the ServiceConfig.xml file:
You need administrative privileges on the device to delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.
Restart your device.
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app.
