问题

有时候，当您执行以下任一任务时，Photoshop Elements 编辑器将崩溃：

  • 使用裁剪工具。
  • 使用“照片拼贴”功能。

原因

Photoshop Elements 安装在位置路径中具有双字节字符的自定义位置。

解决方案

  1. 从具有双字节字符的自定义位置中卸载 Photoshop Elements。

  2. 将 Photoshop Elements 重新安装在不包含任何双字节字符的位置中。
