Learn how to share your Adobe Fresco artwork by publishing and exporting to different formats and surfaces.
Want to share your artwork on social media, or send it straight into another Creative Cloud app? You can do that directly from Adobe Fresco. Export your artwork as an image (PNG, JPG, PSD, PDF), a GIF or MP4 motion file, or a timelapse video, or send it to Illustrator or Premiere to keep working. You can also publish to Behance, share a link for comments and download, or email, message, and print your artwork directly from the app.
Use the Quick export option to quickly share or print your artwork.
Tap the Share icon on the title bar, then choose an option.
Complete the steps for your chosen option to export or share your artwork. If you frequently export in a format other than JPG, change the Quick export settings in the Fresco app settings.
Use the Export image option from the Share workspace to choose a popular format, such as PNG, JPG (high, medium, or low quality), PSD, or PDF, and share from within Fresco.
Open your artwork in Fresco.
Tap the Share icon on the title bar, then tap Export image.
Choose the output format. If you've chosen JPG as the output format, set the image quality to Low, Medium, or High.
Tap Export.
Save or share the artwork. You can also connect your social media accounts and add content credentials to your work.
Export motion artwork
Use the Export motion option from the Share workspace to export animated artwork from Fresco as GIF, MP4, PNG sequence, or transparent video (ProRes 4444).
Open your artwork in Fresco.
Tap Share icon on the title bar, then tap Export image.
Choose the output Format, then adjust the export settings as needed.
Tap Export.
Save or share the artwork. You can also connect your social media accounts and add content credentials to your work.
Export animated artwork with a transparent background using the Transparent video (ProRes 4444) format. This format preserves transparency, making it suitable for video editing, compositing, and motion graphics workflows.
Open your animated artwork in Fresco.
Tap the Share icon on the title bar, then tap Export motion.
Choose Transparent video from the Format drop-down menu.
Review the export settings and preview, then tap Export.
Choose a destination to save or share the exported video.
Send your Fresco timelapse directly to Premiere to adjust its duration, add music, and apply effects.
Open your artwork in Fresco.
Tap the Share icon on the title bar, then tap Send to Premiere.
Choose Timelapse.
Continue refining your Fresco artwork in Photoshop by sending it directly to your desktop for further editing.
Open your artwork in Fresco.
Tap the Share icon on the title bar.
Tap Photoshop (iPad) or Open and edit in desktop (iPhone), then tap OK when prompted to continue.
On your desktop, open the Creative Cloud notifications panel and select the notification to open the file in Photoshop. Photoshop opens on your desktop with your Fresco artwork, ready to continue editing.
Note
The Record feature is currently supported only on iPhone.
Use Record to capture your brush strokes in real-time to create transparent animations that replay exactly how you drew them. Pause, re-record, or save the finished video at any time.
Open or create a document, then tap Record in the layer options bar.
Tap the Record button to start recording. Fresco records your entire canvas at 30 frames per second (fps) for smooth playback.
Paint as you normally would. Tap Pause to stop the recording, and tap it again to resume. A progress bar shows the remaining recording time.
When you're done, stop the recording. Tap the Re-record button to discard the video and record again, or tap the Save button to save the recording. The recording is saved as a video file, ready to share or review.
Note
The Draw in Premiere Mobile feature is currently supported only on iPhone.
In Premiere Mobile, tap Draw. Fresco opens automatically with Live Brush Recording enabled.
Create your artwork in Fresco. Your brush strokes are recorded automatically.
Export the recording to Premiere Mobile for use in your timeline.
Publish your artwork on Behance
Your creative expressions can easily reach the large creative community on Behance right from within Adobe Fresco. You can publish not only your artwork but also a timelapse recording of your creation process.
Open your artwork in Fresco.
Tap the Share icon on the title bar, then tap Send to Behance.
Update the details, then tap Export.
Compress Livestream videos using timelapse controls
You must set a resolution for your recording before you start Livestreaming. Follow these steps to adjust the quality and resolution of your timelapse video.
Tap the settings icon on the tool bar.
Tap App settings > General > Timelapse settings.
In the Quality drop-down menu, select Low, Medium, or High.
In the Dimensions drop-down menu, select the desired resolution option before you start drawing:
- For macOS: Set between 1920 x 1080 or 4096 x 4096, which is a 4K resolution.
- For Windows: Set between 1920 x 1080 and 2048 x 2048. The 4096 x 4096 resolution option isn't available.
You can now share the creation process of your artwork with a timelapse video.
Open your artwork in Fresco.
Tap the Share icon on the title bar, then tap Export timelapse.
Play the recording to preview the output.
Tap Export, then choose the location where you want to save the MP4 file.
Note
Fresco does not support Timelapse videos on Surface Pro X and Surface Pro 9 devices. For more information, see Supported features on iPad, iPhone, and Windows.
Send Fresco artwork to Illustrator on iPad or desktop
Continue working on your Fresco artwork in Illustrator, right on your iPad or on a desktop.
Open your artwork in Fresco.
Tap the Share 
icon on the title bar, then tap Send to Illustrator.
Choose between the iPad and the desktop option.
