Learn about new features and enhancements in the March 2022 release of Adobe Fresco (version 3.4).
Isolate just the layer you want by selecting your focus layer and tap Hide all other layers from the Layer actions menu. When you’re done, tap Show all other layers to switch the visibility back.

Enable Tilt & rotation in vector Brush settings and Fresco will adjust the brush stamp accordingly to account for this input.
