In case Photoshop Elements 2022 or Premiere Elements 2022 is not installed on your machine and you try to create and deploy the package by clicking on the Update button in Adminconsole. The created package may not work properly if you have selected - Create a new package with updated applications only.
For created packages to work correctly on client machines with no Photoshop Elements 2022 or Premiere Elements 2022 application installed, it is recommended to use the “Create a new package with updated applications & non–updated applications” option and not the “Create a new package with updated applications only.”
Alternatively, you can also create a fresh package when an update is available. The new package created will have all the updated components.
Elements refer to Photoshop Elements (PSE), Premiere Elements (PRE), Photoshop & Premiere Elements (PEPE)
However, if you want to use “Create a new package with updated applications only,” make sure that the package created should only be reinstalled over the existing installed application and should not be used for a fresh installation.
