The update message for the following keeps reappearing even after the update is installed:

• Photoshop Elements
  
• Adobe Camera Raw

This error occurs if some files were not updated during the update installation process.  

Solution

To fix this issue, follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Update Adobe Application Manager using these links:
   • Windows: https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773
   • Mac: https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774
2. After Adobe Application Manager is updated, launch Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor or Elements Organizer.
3. Go to Help > Updates, and install the available Adobe Photoshop Elements update.
